Viewing Members

 

To view network members, click the Members tab to see all people using your network.

This page lists members alphabetically by last name. You can filter the results by the following:

  • Members
  • Guests (if you are using a hybrid network)
  • People you are following
  • People who are following you
  • People who have been recently active on your network

Additionally, you can filter the results to show members of a particular network-level or personal groups.

As a network administrator, you can alternatively view the current and past members of your network by selecting Admin>Member Administration>Members. This displays all network members and shows their role in the network. You can filter the results as follows:

  • All Roles. Lists all people in your network.
  • All Active. Lists all people in your network with the exception of Disabled members.
  • Owner. Lists the one person with the Owner role.
  • Supervisor. Lists just the people with the Supervisor role.
  • Moderator. Lists just the people with the Moderator role.
  • Administrator. Lists just the people with the Administrator role.
  • Writer. Lists just the people with the Writer role.
  • Restricted Writer. Lists just the people with the Restricted writer role.
  • Reader. Lists just people the with the Reader role.
  • Disabled. Lists the people who are no longer using your network and have been assigned the Disabled role.
