Managing Network Feedback


By default, when network members click the Feedback link in the upper-right corner of a network, the feedback is sent as an email to all administrators and moderators in the network.

As an alternative, you can set up the feedback to generate a Clearvale task that is assigned to one or more people that you select.

To customize the feedback collection process

1. Select Admin>Feedback.

2. Set Use advanced feedback to Enabled.

3. Define the task to generate each time network feedback is submitted.

You can customize the task by setting the task type, the number of days in which the task is due, who receives the task, and if all assignees or just one need to complete the task.

4. Click Save.
