This feature is specific to Clearvale Enterprise.

The Chats widget lists your most recent chat threads. Click the Create Chat in the widget footer to start a new chat thread. Click More to see all chats in which you are participating.

Notes about this widget:

  • This widget can appear on your personal page (click My Page).
  • To change the way content is displayed in this widget, click Edit and change the settings:
    • You can change the title “Chats.” For example, you might change it to “My Chat History.”
    • By default, up to 5 chat threads are listed. You can change it to show more chats.
  • If you do not see the Chats widget, the chat feature has not been enabled for your network.
