Customizing the Profile Settings

This feature is specific to Clearvale Enterprise.

As the network administrator, you can customize the profile fields that are available for network participants.

1. Go to Admin>User Profile.

2. In the Default Fields tab, remove the check marks next to any profile fields that you want to omit. Click Save. For example, you may not need the AOL or MSN fields.

3. In the New Fields tab, create any new profile fields that you want displayed for each participant.  Click Save. For example, you may want to include a Twitter field.

4. In the Mandatory Fields tab, check the profile fields that are mandatory for participants to specify.  Click Save. When you make a field mandatory, when participants edit their profile settings, they cannot save the changes unless they specify any mandatory fields.

When network participants customize their profile settings, they see just the fields that you specified.
