What is Clearvale?

We're powering the world's first network of networks for the social enterprise. We give businesses the rules, tools and infrastructure to engage with staff, partners and customers more effectively, while building a more meaningful presence on the open, social web.

How do I get started?

It's easy. Simply enter a name for your network on the homepage and click ENTER. We'll ask you for some info to verify your business identity, and you'll be on your way. You can create new networks and/or join existing ones.

Are there privacy and security controls?

Yes. Clearvale offers you the ability to create public or private networks, and you can even apply these settings to specific content within networks — everything is up to you.

Public networks:
  • Do not require invitations to join
  • Do not require that people log into the network to see content
  • Are open to users with any email domain

Private networks:
  • Require an invitation and approval to join
  • May require a certain email domain to join
  • Require that people log into the network to see content
What is a Clearvale community?

A Clearvale community is a place within the network where members can share information about specific topics, projects, or shared goals. Anyone can create one and owners can choose to either invite other members or leave the community open. Form groups around departments, projects, general interests, and more, allowing employees to share information and ideas with each other, partners, and customers.

What can I do in Clearvale?

Plenty. In Clearvale, you have access to dozens of features in an easy-to-customize, "drag-and-drop" environment. Click on the LEARN tab to read more about our features.

Does Clearvale require a lot of IT resources to maintain?

Nope. You do not need a background in IT to setup, use, or maintain Clearvale and with our enterprise-level security, stability and scalability, your IT team can rest easy. That's one of the huge benefits of our SaaS model.

Which web browsers does Clearvale support?

We recommend that our customers have either Internet Explorer 7.0 and above, or Mozilla Firefox 3.0 and above to receive the optimized Clearvale experience.

Do I have to pay to use Clearvale?

You can create and join basic networks with up to 50 members for free. We also offer additional premium services and enhanced enterprise packages. For pricing, please visit our Pricing page or .

Can Clearvale be integrated with my system?
